Visiting Our Office

While most travel planning happens through email and phone consultations, we welcome in-person meetings for clients who prefer face-to-face discussions. We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a team member with relevant destination expertise is available.

Our office includes a small reference library of travel guides, maps, and photography books from our coverage areas. During consultations, we can review visual materials and discuss itinerary options in detail.

Common Inquiries

How far in advance should I contact you?

For standard services, six to eight weeks provides comfortable planning time. Bespoke luxury journeys benefit from three to four months' notice, particularly if you require specific dates or exclusive arrangements.

What information should I include in my initial inquiry?

Share your preferred destinations or travel interests, approximate travel dates, group size, and any specific requirements or preferences. This helps us provide relevant initial suggestions.

Do you charge consultation fees?

Initial consultations are complimentary. If you decide to proceed, our planning fees are outlined in the service agreement. These fees are transparent and discussed before any work begins.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or accessibility needs?

Yes. We work with your specific requirements to ensure accommodations, restaurants, and activities are appropriate. This is an important part of our planning process.
