Service fees cover travel planning, coordination, and booking management. These fees are outlined in individual service agreements and are separate from the cost of travel components (accommodations, transport, tours).
Payment schedules are established per booking. Typical arrangements include an initial deposit, interim payments for advance bookings, and final balance settlement before travel commencement.

Our service fees are generally non-refundable once itinerary planning work has commenced, though we may offer partial refunds at our discretion based on circumstances and work completed.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
We require all clients to maintain appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other travel-related risks. Proof of insurance may be requested before finalizing bookings.
